Fords Garage – Indianapolis
We get asked all the time about our work so we decided to put a short video together to give you an example of an install. This is for one of our clients The 23 Restaurant Group http://www.23restaurants.com/. As they continue to expand the brand into different parts of the country we go along and design and install the lighting packages for them.
On this occasion, we needed to pack our bags and take the team from South Florida to Indianapolis. We have installed lights throughout Europe the Carribean and North America and are comfortable with all the logistics involved in out of state operations. Any undertaking of this size takes a lot of planning between all of the parties involved, this happens months and sometimes years in advance of the install actually taking place.
Pre-Wire
One important part of any LED light installation is the pre-wire stage. Most new buildings are shell and core, which is the perfect time for Smart LED Concepts to come in a prepare for the final install. Our team work backward from the ideal outcome that our client is looking for and create a lighting plan to fit their needs. Prewire is so important during this stage because it allows us to run extra cable in case our clients want to add extra lights in the future.
Travel and Install
We go where we are needed by our clients. We firmly believe that LED lights play a big part in the overall success of a Bar and Restaurant. Because of this fact, our clients tend to open more places in more locations. We have prepared for this and we have set up our business near Ft Lauderdales’ international airport. Our team of experts has performed so many installations now it has become second nature no matter the obstacles and challenges that they have to overcome.
When you travel you need to plan and coordinate with all parties involved. Communication is key to a great project, great communication comes from experience and confidence in your process. We focus on one aspect and one aspect only and that is LED technology, we pride ourselves on creating a visually stunning and aesthetically pleasing light design.
The light design can be quite complex, but it’s our job to make them as easy to use as possible. For the end-user, it should be no harder to change the lights than touching a button. In a lot of circumstances, we preset the functions such as gradient dimming and cleaning lights so the whole lighting system is independent or human action. Of course, this is set up in whatever way the client wants it set up.
What if something goes wrong?
Our lights are programmed, tested and controlled from our offices in South Florida. Every installation is done to the highest standards and none of our technicians leave the site before every aspect is tested and ready to go. When a tweak or fix is needed we have a local crew on-site to assist.
We are here to assist in making your building the best around. “Have lights, will travel”
